30g   butter 1   egg and 2 yolks 1 tspn   fine salt 5 large   potatoes 2 Tblspns   chopped dhanya 1 tspn   green ground chillies half cup   flour 2 beaten   eggs mixed with half cup   milk 1 cup   breadcrumbs 1 Tblspn   dried parsley.

Mix the 1st six ingredients together
Form into finger size croquettes.
Roll lightly in flour, dip in egg mixture then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
Freeze for an hour then repeat breadcrumb coating.
Refrigerate to get cold then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
